Christa was extremely patient and understanding. Our timing put us in the middle of a market flooded with foreclosure properties that were flying off the market within days of being listed on the MLS.  Christa would drop everything and take me out to see homes over her lunch hour, if need be, to see properties the day they came on the market to make sure we wouldn't miss an opportunity to get an offer written and submitted before it was too late.
