Kensington
Kensington is an upscale enclave in the mid-city region of San Diego. Many street names in the community have English origins. Homes here are generally in the Spanish Revival style which was popular in San Diego in the late 1920's when much of Kensington was built.
This peaceful pocket is home to beautiful and pricey homes, manicured lawns and palm tree lined streets. This is a very dog friendly and walkable community.
Adams avenue, Kensington's main street, offers quaint coffee shops, a hip wine bar, popular restaurants and an art-film house.
